Michelle Gawronsky Consulting took off in 2022. Michelle mediates between employers and employees to make sure businesses are doing the best they can for their staff and meeting labour standards for Manitoba.
Michelle has 47 years of experience representing labour workers, mediating, and working in health facilities. She is a licensed healthcare facilities inspector for the Safety & Health Division of Manitoba, she was the president of the Manitoba Government & General Employees’ Union (MGEU), and she has a degree from the Labour College of Ottawa. She is knowledgeable about lobbying all sectors of government: municipal, provincial, and federal.
A PRCC member since 2024, Michelle Gawronsky Consulting offers some free services to labourers who cannot afford to bring in outside mediation, and is always happy to chat. Throughout her career, Michelle has experienced both sides of the fence; she has been an employee and an employer for about 150 employees, province wide. Her goal is to help both sides find respect and understanding.
